RELATIONAL TRAUMA THERAPY · DENVER, COLORADO

Where your culture is the starting point,
not a footnote.

We provide individual, couples, and family therapy in Denver, Colorado for BIPOC, First Generation, and Queer communities navigating the patterns that keep repeating: anxious attachment, people pleasing, nervous system dysregulation, and the exhaustion of carrying generational wounds nobody taught you to put down. If your relationships never feel quite safe, if you push people away before they can leave, if you apologize constantly without knowing why; this is the work we do.

We believe relational trauma is not just what happened to you in your relationships. It is also the pain that comes from living inside systems that were built to leave certain people out, and then those same systems telling you that your pain is not real, not that bad, or something you just need to get over.

Meet Our Dedicated Team of Colorado Based Trauma & Relationship Therapists

Finding a therapist in Denver who holds your culture as the starting point, not a side note, is harder than it should be. That's exactly why we do what we do at. Ampaw Psychotherapy and Consulting.

Your roots shaped you. The truth of what happened to you deserves to be named. Your history, your family, your culture, the systems that were never built for you lives inside every pattern you're trying to break. Growth doesn't happen by managing your symptoms. It happens when someone finally sees the whole picture. Our team of therapists work with those who have been carrying too much for too long. People who are ready to stop surviving and start emerging into who they actually are.

You don't have to shrink yourself here. You don't have to explain your background before we begin. We begin with all of you; exactly as you are.
