What to Expect

Starting January 12, 2026 from 4:00 PM-5:00 PM

This monthly BIPOC peer consultation group is for licensed therapists of color who own and lead group mental health practices and are ready to be seen, supported, and resourced by peers who truly get it. Running a practice as a BIPOC leader can feel isolating—carrying the weight of leadership, clinical responsibility, and the pressure of being first or different in your communities. This space is designed to reduce that isolation, offering a confidential, peer-led environment to process challenges, exchange hard-won insights, and share strategies for sustainable growth. Participants bring real questions about leadership, team dynamics, boundaries, and practice management—and in return gain collective wisdom, accountability, and connection rooted in shared experience. Peer-based and collaborative, this group centers support and community over hierarchy, providing a space to reflect, strategize, and recharge alongside other ambitious BIPOC practice owners..

  • The work of leadership, care, and growth is lighter when it’s shared with those who understand the journey.”
