Meet Our Team:
The People Who Make It Happen
-
Rory Dougall, LSW | Associate Therapist & Resource Navigator
Hi! I’m Rory, a queer, sober, and differently abled/disabled therapist who knows what it’s like to be told that I need to be fixed in order to be seen as more independent. It’s exhausting to constantly advocate for what you need; to feel different, unseen, or unsure of where you belong.

Zack Halpern, LSW | Associate Therapist & Resource Navigator
I’m really glad you’re here. My name is Zachary (Zack) Halpern, and I’m a therapist who shows up first and foremost as a real person, someone who identifies as a cis, Jewish man, a lifelong learner, and someone who deeply values bringing people together.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from all walks of life.

Irina González, Social Work Student
My name is Irina González, and I use she/her/ella pronouns. I’m a Cuban/Russian child immigrant, sober queer Latina mom, and cis married woman with ADHD living in a mixed-neurotype family. As a journalist-turned-therapist-in-training currently pursuing my Master’s of Social Work at the University of Denver, my work exists where mental health and social justice meet.

Monina Reyes, LPC
Monina identifies as a queer, first-generation Asian (Filipinx) immigrant and finds her lived experiences as fundamental in every aspect of her life, including her therapeutic work. Genuine, human connections are her favorite aspects of life and she seeks to cultivate these through mutual trust, respect, and vulnerability.
