We believe that we must pour into one another and collaborate to help create patterns of high-quality equitable care & accessibility. Our Supervision Options

  • Individual Supervision for Social Work & Professional Counseling Candidates in Colorado

    COST: $150 PER HOUR

    Getting the hours you need (the 2,000 or 3,360 of them in Colorado!) can feel incredibly overwhelming! In this individual supervision space, you will be able to work one on one with Josephine to build your clinical skill, gain more confidence in your work with clients, and be intersectionally minded in your work.

    This individual supervision service will create space to talk about the following:

    • Working Against Burnout in the Social Work Profession

    • Intersectional and Systemic Skill Building in Social Work(Specifically in Therapy Spaces)

    • Growth in Case Conceptualization and Presentation Skills

    • Resources for Building Documentation Skills & Remaining Organized

    • Use of Self and Self-Identity Exploration in the Field of Social Work

    • Confidence Building in Ethical Decision Making, Colorado & National Mental Health Laws and High Standards of Practice

  • Individual Supervision & Private Practice Coaching

    COST: $130 PER HOUR

    Are you a Social Work Candidate, Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) wanting to build a private practice in Colorado? Colorado is one of the few states where you can build your own private practice while gaining your hours for licensure! In this option, you will receive the following

    Discussion of all the skills listed in option on the left AND

    • Customized Steps to Build Your Private Practice

    • Networking Skills and Opportunities

    • Access to Clinical Resources and Professional Referrals for Building Your Practice

    • Identifying Target Client and Niche

    • Diversifying Your Income by Using Your Mental Health Skills

  • Individual Consultation with Professionals

    COST: $150 PER HOUR

    Are you a mental health professional wanting to learn how I implemented steps in my practice? Are there business steps or clinical orientations that you as mental health professional would like to learn more about?

    Look no further! Josephine is offering one on one on one individual consultation to other professionals looking for one time support with clinical and business building related questions. Some of the common topics Josephine discusses are:
